Hi everyone, I’m Nora and my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend in mid-March so I’m looking for a new flatmate to replace her!

About the flat:
- Spacious 2-bed, 1-bath flat with large living room and patio.
- Rent is £1050pm, bills come out to about £120pm with all utilities and council tax.
- Ideal location: 1 mins walk from Columbia Rd (the one flower market!), 2 mins walk from Brick Ln, and 5 mins to Shoreditch Redchurch St. Closest station is Shoreditch High St Overground, c. 15 mins walk to Liverpool St.
- Large living room with patio and well-sized room. Gets wonderful light throughout the day!
- The most wonderful, kind, and responsive landlord you’ll ever have.
- Council Tax Band C
- MOVE IN DATE - CAN BE FLEXIBLE (as early as late February/early March)

About me:
- I’m 25 years old working in consulting. I’m American and originally from New York, but have also lived in Hong Kong and have lived in London for nearly 4 years now.
- I work from home Mondays and Fridays.
- I enjoy going to yoga, reading, and cycling on the weekends.
- I love going to art museums and galleries, as well as the cinema.

About you:
- Tidy and is ok with pitching in to keep the flat clean
- Preferably in full-time work as you’ll need to pass income threshold checks (£32k p. a.) or have a guarantor.
- Someone open to being friends with myself (i. e. flat dinner together from time to time, or go to the pub/get a coffee together.)
- Female preferred as other housemates are female, LGBTQIA+ friendly.
