We’re looking for two female housemates to join a lovely three-bedroom flat in central Shoreditch, available from 15 March on a 12-month tenancy.

The flat is in a super central location, within walking distance of the City, less than 10 minutes from Old Street station and a 20 minute walk to Liverpool Street. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi, Co-op and Tesco.

The property comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, kitchen and outdoor patio area. The two available rooms share a bathroom, while the third bedroom has its own ensuite. You’ll be living with Ele, who is friendly and easy to get on with and has been in the flat for a couple of years.

The rent is £1,050 per month for the smaller room and £1,150 per month for the larger room, plus bills, which are approximately £100- £150 per month.
