Room for rent in cute Shoreditch flat with two queer boys

Myself and Dan here looking for someone to take over from our flatmate who’s sadly leaving us in the coming weeks.

The flat:

- Available ASAP
- £930 p/m plus bills (usually £50)
- 10 min walk from shoreditch high street station, 2 min walk to columbia road
- Ground floor, communal garden, nice neighbours
- Piece de resistance is our lovely living room with big TV
- Not a party flat but we’re quite social and will have a party for bdays, special occasions etc and like to have people over for the odd dinners/drinks

Us:
- I'm (Joey) is 32, final year music student, and works in a queer jazz bar and like to go to new music nights and the occasional pub quiz.

- Dan is 28, a copywriter by day, and sews, draws, write my own bits and bobs and am part of a choir

- The flat is a home for us. We have our own lives and are generally quite busy but we hang out in the evenings when we’re home, cook for each other etc

You:

- 25+
- Ideally queer (but queer-adjacent girlies acceptable)
- Chill, up for making this your home :)

Accessibility:

Front door is accessible with a key and there are two steps to enter. But once inside it’s a flat so all on one floor. We do use fragrances. No pets allowed unfortunately.
