Sad to be leaving my fully furnished room / house start of March and looking for someone to replace me on the lease!

- Located in a quiet/residential part of Shoreditch, a 4 bedroom brick house with a good kitchen, living room and large sunny backyard ☀️
- Room is a small double but with build in cupboards and lots of storage.
- Close to Columbia rd, brick lane, local parks and all the fun around Shoreditch. Really well connected and easy to get everywhere
- 🚂 Transport: 15 mins walking distance to Old St, Liverpool St, 6 min Shoreditch High St and heaps of buses.

Flatmates:
Such a lovely bunch of mid-late twenties people - Daniela (28), Skye (28) and Angel (26) all working professionals.
You’d be sharing a bathroom with 2 others.

Social house that’s more a home! We enjoy going out for a drink, watching a show together or a roast dins etc but equally everyone has their own thing going on. Not a party house but super friendly, warm and welcoming people.

Deets:
* Rent is £925.2/month plus bills
* Move in date around March 2nd (slightly flexible)
* Current lease is until start of Nov 26, will likely roll onto another contract.
* Will need to have UK right to rent and be able to pass ref checks to move in :))
