Cosy flat/room in the heart of Shoreditch

Hey people:)

We’re looking for a lovely new somebody to join our home in Shoreditch. It’s nestled between Brick Lane and Columbia Road in a quiet little nuck but minutes away from the hustle and the bustle.

The flat:
The flat itself is quite big, it’s separated into two sides, with 6 bedrooms all together. The living room is bright and spacious with a nice balcony to sit and chill on, a big fillet equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, cooking and baking appliances along with all the other bits and bobs you need. Theres also a laundry room and of course 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. The flat itself is bright and airy and when summertime hits, the living room and balcony have the sun all day. We have a lovely cleaner that also comes once a week to do all the social areas and toilets.
RENT is £633pm, bills included. (I know right?)

The room:
It is the smallest room in the house BUT, it’s super cosy, we’ve done some “renovations” on it to try maximise floorspace. The wardrobe and shelves are all open plan with a sort of industrial aesthetic. It also comes with a great mirror and a TV. The window is big and can be opened fully for maximum fresh air vibes!

The flatmates:
You’ll be living with a fab bunch of girlies. An honestly solid bunch. All doing different things with their lives. They’re a social lot, at times coming together for morning coffee chats in the kitchen to chilling in the living room in the evening. Of course it goes without saying, personal time is also respected.
