I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Shoreditch.

The flat is in a prime location with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, nightlife, and excellent transport links.

Shoreditch High Street station is just a 2-minute walk away, and Liverpool Street station is around a 10-minute walk, making it extremely convenient to get around.

The flatmates are genuinely kind, respectful, and very easy-going.
To be honest, I was quite surprised by how clean and well-kept the kitchen is — it’s rare to find a place where everyone maintains the space so nicely.

I originally planned to stay longer, but I have to return to Korea due to personal reasons, so I’m sadly leaving.

Room Details:
• Rent: £1,075/month
• Deposit: £1,075
• Contract: 6 months
• Managed by a professional and responsive agency

Bonus (important):
As I need to return to Korea quickly, I’m happy to include the furniture (desk, chair, and ambient lamp) free of charge.

The room is already well set up, so you can move in comfortably without needing to buy anything.

I’ll do my best to make the transition smooth for the next tenant.
