Room available in Shoreditch area with a shared living-room. Great location, central, zone 1/2 with a 5-min walk to Hoxton Station, and nearest grocery shop. 5-10 minute walk to Columbia Road where you find the Columbia Road flower market on Sundays, and Brick Lane further down.

You will move in with two nice girls, who just finished their studies. The flat comes furnished, also with a dishwasher, and a washing machine & dryer. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, and a lot of closet space. You will take over a fixed contract, ending this October- with possibility to extend if wished to.
