Cozy room in the heart of Shoreditch

Cozy single room available in a modern, bright apartment in the heart of Shoreditch.
You will be sharing the flat with 2 professionals in their early 30s, one male and one female.
I work in the creative industry and travel often/ work from home sometimes whereas the other flatmate works from the office mon-fri.
I have an en-suite so the main bathroom will only be shared between 2 people.
We're very friendly, tidy, clean and respectful of each others spaces so we're looking for someone who is on the same page and can take care of the communal areas and look after the apartment the same way we do.
We also have a cleaner twice a month.
The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator.
The room comes unfurnished, only incudes a bed frame, a mattress and a chest of drawers.
