The house is in a fantastic Shoreditch location on Swanfield Street, which is surprisingly peaceful. Just a 30 second walk brings you straight into the buzz of Shoreditch, with Redchurch Street and Bricklane right around the corner. Weekends here are brilliant, with favourites like Jolene, plus a huge range of great pubs, restaurants and nightlife all within easy walking distance.

For commuting, Shoreditch High Street is under 5 minutes away, Liverpool Street is a 15 minute walk, and Canary Wharf is around 20 minutes by tube.

The house itself is spacious and well maintained, with a large shared living room and kitchen. The available room is on the second floor and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

You will be living with three friendly and driven professionals. Two work at a startup and tend to have busy schedules, while the third is an animator who is new to London and enjoys getting out to explore. It is a welcoming household with a mix of creative and technical backgrounds across engineering, science and the arts. Everyone shares a love of travel, nature and making the most of London, from discovering new spots to enjoying live music.
