Large Double Bedroom in Shoreditch

We’ve secured a 3-bed house and are looking to add a fourth housemate to the tenancy in a newly refurbished home in Shoreditch.

The room is well-sized and comes with its own private toilet, with a shared full bathroom (with one other). The house itself has an open-plan kitchen and living area, and is set within a private, secure courtyard.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat, around a 4-minute walk to Shoreditch High Street and 9 minutes to both Old Street and Liverpool Street, so really well connected.

You’d be living with three others (one girl, two guys, Kiwis, aged 27–32). We’re a sociable house and enjoy spending time together when we can, but also have our own routines and groups, so it’s a good balance.

We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age who’s easygoing, tidy, and keen to contribute to a friendly house environment.
