Location: 5 minutes away from Columbia Road Flower Market, 10 mins from Hoxton station and 7 mins from Shoreditch High Street overground. 15 minutes walk to Liverpool Street station and Old Street Station. Location is super convenient since it is just by the border of zone 1. Within walking distance to Bank.

Sainsbury's, Tesco, Aldi, Asda, Longdan Asian supermarket all 10 minutes away.

You will be living with 3 other lovely flatmates who are currently working in London - we are all very eager to meet new people in London and also hang out on the weekends together, but also very respectful of each other's personal time. We appreciate a tidy flat so also looking for someone who is responsible in terms of cleanliness. Our preference is to have an equal gender split so a girl is preferable (another flatmate will move out in June and be replaced by a girl, so it will eventually be 2 boys and 2 girls eventually).

Bills and council tax amount to £90. Contract transfer is direct, does not require references.
