Situated between Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane, the flat is exceptionally well-connected and surrounded by some of East London's best restaurants, cafés, pubs, markets, and nightlife.
🏠 The Flat
The flat is a two-bedroom property with a shared living room and kitchen, plus a separate bathroom and toilet. The bedroom up for grabs is the larger of the two, although rent is split equally between tenants.
🐱 Important Information
- Nova (pictured!) lives in the flat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with cats.
- This is a tenancy takeover rather than a sublet. The new tenant will replace my current flatmate on the tenancy agreement.
- The room is available from 18th July.
- Rent will increase to £1,200 per month from September 2026.
- We pay rent on the 24th of each month.
- Bills are approximately £158 per person per month (Wi-Fi, council tax, water, gas and electricity).
- Council Tax: Band C.
- The original tenancy is due to run until September 2027. -However, with the changes introduced by the Renters' Rights legislation, we would be able to leave the tenancy by giving two months' notice should we decide to move out.

I'm a young professional working in Shoreditch. I go into the office a couple of days a week, and the flat is generally a relaxed, easy-going place to live.

I'm fairly open-minded about who moves in. The main things are that you're respectful, reasonably tidy, comfortable living with Nova, and able to complete the tenancy transfer process.
