1 bed available right off of brick lane

We’re looking for one more person to join our communal 4-bed, 3-bath house. We’re a mix of working professionals and students who are social and love hanging out together. It’s a proper household, not just people sharing a roof. We cook together sometimes and generally enjoy each other’s company.

The room: Fully furnished with a closet and mattress. You can take your pick of two available rooms, but we’re only filling one.

The house: Three floors. The full-size kitchen has a washer, and there’s a living room with a TV and a small dining table, plus a private garden out back. The top two floors each have two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Location: One minute from Brick Lane, five minutes to Shoreditch High Street, and about 15 minutes to Old Street and Liverpool Street stations. Hard to beat if you want to be in the middle of everything.

Who we’re after: Another social, easygoing person who’ll get stuck into the household. Tidiness is a must (a clean shared space matters to us). You’ll need to pass a reference check or have a guarantor.
