Hey! We’re looking for a great flatmate to join us in our beautiful three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Shoreditch.

The flat is recently refurbished and set within a warehouse-style development on a quiet residential street just moments from Brick Lane and Spitalfields. It features a large open-plan living space with a pool table, a sleek fully integrated kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and a private patio perfect for relaxing in warmer weather.

The available room is a bright, well-sized double overlooking the patio, offering a peaceful escape from the buzz of Shoreditch (videos available on request).

About us:

You’ll be living with me, Andrique, a lawyer from London, and Karam, who works in tech. We are both in our mid 20s. We are social, easygoing, and enjoy a good chat and a drink, but we both have busy work lives so the flat will be calm during the week.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone fun, considerate, and who is up for making the space a wonderful place to live. We want to all get along and enjoy each other’s company.

Important:

Depending on your salary, a guarantor (preferably a family member) may be required, so please have that in place before reaching out. The process is already quite far along, so someone who is ready to move quickly and sign is ideal.
