Double En-Suite Room

Hey! I’m Stu, a 31 year old Relations Director for a B2B members’ collective.

When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym, socialising and/or travelling. I’m looking for someone who’s sociable, considerate and happy to keep the flat clean and tidy… with an appetite for the occasional night out or festival.

After the best 18 months living together, I’m looking for someone to take on my flatmate’s large en-suite bedroom from Sep.

The room comes furnished with a king-size ottoman storage bed, fitted double wardrobes, and direct access to a private balcony.

The flat itself is furnished to a good standard, inc. all the usual homeware, and A/C throughout (life-changing!).

The building amenities inc. a gym, two rooftop terraces, a bookable cinema room, secure cycle storage, and a concierge service (Mon. - Sat.). There’s also an ALDI opening on the Ground Floor in the next month or so (also life-changing!).

We’re based on the edge of Shoreditch - less than a 5min. walk to Hoxton Overground, parallel to Columbia Road Flower Market, and within easy walking distance of Old Street and Victoria Park.

Monthly bills land at around £235/person, roughly as follows:

- WiFi: £19
- Heating & A/C: £50
- Electricity: £35
- Water: £25
