We are looking for a new flatmate to renew our year-long contract with in September, only females considered !!

The room is large (4mx3.2m), renovated just last year, has plenty of space for extra furniture, large windows and a desk/wardrobe/side tables.

The flat is also in a very central and well-connected location, just 2min walk from Shoreditch park. Old St station is about a 10min walk away, Hoxton overground around 15mins. The location is ideal for students, City University a 15min walk away, and UCL/Kings/LSE all a 30min commute.

The flat would also be great for professionals working in the City/East London, both of which are in walking distance or just a short bus ride.

About the flat:
- Ground Floor flat, Gated Porch
- Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer
- Large kitchen with a Dishwasher, Kettle, Microwave, Gas stove and Oven.
- Bathroom with Bath/Shower
- Separate Toilet

Bills are not included in the rent, they are split evenly between us, Internet is <£10 a month, and electric/gas comes to approximately £100 in winter due to heating, but in the warmer months around £50.

You would be living with myself, a 22F Master’s student, working part time, as well as another 22F flatmate, who is a newly-qualified nurse in full time work. We both don’t spend a lot of time at home, and value keeping the space clean !

Please note that a guarantor would be required, and all credit checks would need to be completed with our landlord.
