Room in E2 / Shoreditch - Tenancy Takeover

Hi there - after having the best 2 years in this house I’m moving to Berlin for my masters and looking for someone to take over my room and the contract.

Anytime from early September - fairly flexible with dates.

The room is spacious and comes with a double bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe and a drawer. The house has 2 bathrooms and two showers, a big kitchen and a great shared living room.

BILLS: WiFi, energy, council tax all are roughly 80-100£

LOCATION: just off brick lane, 5min to Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground) and 10min to Bethnal Green Station (Central Line), with lots of pubs, cafes, bars, food options and shops (corner store opposite the house, Sainsburys, Tesco, Aldi all within 10min walk) around.

FLATMATES: young professionals who work in the civil service, architecture, and a museum. Open and social house with occasional pub or cinema trips, or just a nice night in watching a movie on the tv. But everyone values their own social life and solo time too!

REQUIRED: 6months of payslips, references, 6 months bank statements, or alternatively a UK guarantor.
