One of our long-standing housemates is moving in with his dearly beloved, so it’s time for a new addition to the house.

That means we’ve got an amazing room up for grabs in what we think is a pretty special flat.

The flat is on the top floor of a six-storey building. The available room gets loads of natural light and comes with its own en suite (shower and toilet).

Downstairs are the four bedrooms, while upstairs is where we spend most of our time - a huge open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling glass windows wrapping around the room and an enormous balcony overlooking East London.

The flat comes fully loaded with everything you’d want, including:

You’ll be living with three guys aged between 28 and 33.

Dan (33) - The elder statesman of the house. Big music lover and DJ, gym enthusiast, terrible cook and always up for a night out. Works in events alongside his music, which occasionally comes with free drinks at some very decent festivals.

Johnny (28) - The youngest of the group. Irish, UX designer and partial to a pint or ten. Loves pretty much any day out, has an impressively short fuse when playing FIFA and gives it a real go in the kitchen… with mixed success.

George (30) - Australian import, four years into London life. Into electronic music, comedy clubs, competitive darts and pool, and works in tech sales.

We’re a fairly eclectic bunch but get on really well. The flat has a genuinely social atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be more than just a housemate. We’d love someone who wants to become part of the house, whether that’s a few pints after work, heading to a festival, watching a film, or just hanging out on the balcony.

We’re pretty open-minded about who moves in, but ideally we’re looking for someone who works a regular schedule, enjoys socialising but also respects everyone’s space, is reasonably clean and wants to contribute to the house rather than just rent a room.

If your ideal weekend involves electronic music, pubs, bars, comedy clubs, restaurants, watching films, playing FIFA, darts or pool, going to the gym, the occasional music festival or spontaneous European city break, you’ll probably fit right in.

We’re looking for someone to move in at the end of August or the beginning of September.
