Cute Sociable Flat in Shoreditch

hello! i've got a double room coming up in my shoreditch flat. here are all the boring bits:

- rent is £805 including council tax. other bills usually total up to around £50-£60pp per month.
- we are council tax band c.
- transport links are excellent. walking: 8 minutes from shoreditch high st, 15 minutes from bethnal green and whitechapel. short bus rides to liverpool st and bank.
- employment reference and income check required
- no students please, professionals only

okay now more fun stuff.

it's a great area, right by brick lane and columbia rd. the flat is clean and homely with a spacious living room. we're looking for someone:

- vegan/veggie (would maybe consider someone who seldom cooks meat/fish)
- LGBT friendly, we are both gay!
- clean and tidy, happy to abide to cleaning rota
- sociable and friendly, happy for us to host friends etc (and of course you can too!)

you'll be living with me: caz, 28, stand-up comedian. i'm often at home during the day as I work evenings.
my friend rose will be moving into the other room. she's queer, in her mid 20s and works in jewellery.
