En-suite Double Room in Shoreditch

Hello! I'm looking for someone to replace my ensuite double bedroom in the heart of Shoreditch from beginning of September.

The location can't be more efficient than this! It's on a quieter street just off the main road, 5 mins walk to Shoreditch High Street overground, 15 mins to Old Street and loads of buses that connects you everywhere.

The flat is split in 2 floors. You'll be sharing with 3 other flatmates, all professionals in their late 20s - early 30s. Sadly we are not accepting students or couples! We have 1 shared kitchen and bathroom, although you'll have your own toilet and sink in the room so you'd be just sharing the shower downstairs. We all have different schedules, so the flat is usually very quiet.

The room comes with a large built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. I'll be selling the bed and will be taking the desk! The rent is £805 pcm all bills and a bi-weekly cleaner included.
