Hoxton Square Large Ensuite Master Bedroom

This large, furnished en-suite master bedroom is available in a block directly on Hoxton Square.

I keep the flat extremely clean, tidy and organised, and have an excellent cleaner who comes once every two weeks. I’m looking for someone similarly conscientious and respectful who will treat the flat as their home.

I work in the City as a trader and am in the office five days a week, so the flat is quiet and free during the working day if you like to work from home. I’m social and very easy to get on with but this isn’t a party flat. I like to go to bed early as I’m up early in the morning to the gym before work.

The best fit would be someone friendly and communicative who enjoys chatting and catching up, rather than spending all their time behind a closed door.

The flat is on the third floor (with lift or stairs). It is ideally located for the City, central London and the rest of East London. Old Street station is around a seven-minute walk away for the Northern line and National Rail, Hoxton Overground station is around ten minutes away, and Liverpool Street is approximately a 15-minute walk.

Bills are not included and currently work out at approximately £200 per person per month.
