I am owner occupier of a 2br loft style apartment in a desirable brick building located 2 minutes walk from Old St tube. Ideal for those working in the City or in Tech nearby Old st roundabout. Also within 10 minutes walk of Liverpool St, Moorgate and Shoreditch High St stations. I'm looking for somebody clean and responsible to move in to the 2nd bedroom. The living room and kitchen area is open plan and will be shared so important that the tenant is easy to get along with.

The bedroom is extremely spacious and includes significant under bed storage capacity and built in wardrobes. The room features large bay windows which let in lots of light and I've recently installed secondary glazing to keep noise out and warmth in during the winter. There is a bathroom across the hallway that will be available for the tenant's sole use (the other bedroom in the apartment is en suite).
