Double Room 10min walk from Shoreditch High Street

Okay. So there's a spare room going in our house from early-mid Sept!! I thought I'd advertise now so there's a smooth changeover between house mates...joe is getting a mortgage thus the availability!

The house is 3 stories, kitchen and downstairs toilet on the bottom floor with the bedroom advertised, living on the middle floor and full bathroom on the top floor. There's a lovely garden (which I've just weeded) to enjoy those summer bbqs and days chilling in the sun.

I'm a 23 year old quantity surveyor, Kim 23 does promotions and Beckie 23 is a trainee lawyer. We all love going out and socialising, the kind of guys that would chill out and watch a movie/cook food back at the house etc. We all love going to the gym and the obvious night out round Shoreditch/Angel/Camden etc.

The house is a 10/15 minute walk from Shoreditch high street, 5 minute walk to Aldgate East tube station, 5 minute walk to Stepney Green tube and 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station.

We've only been here 4 months so still very new to the area, we aren't shy of exploring the city and seeing what's out there!
