Short Term Let Shoreditch £850 Inc Bills - 8 May

Double room available in a three story, four bed house in Shoreditch, 30 second walk from Brick Lane (E2 7DS). Available from Saturday 9th May to Saturday 12th September (flexible). Short term let over Summer for approx. 4 months as I am going travelling. Potential to stay on depending on circumstances.

The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and rear patio area, and is clean, warm and modern-ish.

The room available is a large double room on the second floor (nice and quiet) which shares a bathroom (shower/toilet) with Cleo (description below). Furniture included with the room is a double bed, two chests of drawers and free standing wardrobe.

• 30 second walk to Brick Lane
• 2 min walk to Shoreditch High Street Station
• 5 mins walk to Hoxton Square
• 10-12 mins walk to Old Street Tube/Liverpool Street tube/Bethnal Green tube.
The location really is amazing. Close to the hustle and bustle of Brick Lane market, Colombia Flower Market and lots of cafes and bars.

Rent is £850 per month which includes bills (approx. £100 pcm). Bills include Sky TV, broadband, fortnightly cleaner and all utilities and council tax. Although we have a cleaner, we do try and keep the place tidy and pick up after ourselves and would expect the some of the new tenant.

Deposit is £850. 00 and will be paid to the rental agency and held through a deposit scheme.

Total price for 4 months = £3, 400. 00

Current housemates: 3 females.
Lauren (27) works as a graphic designer and is from Edinburgh, having recently moved to London in May 2014 from Cambridge.
Cleo (20) is Dutch and studied in London and Boston before starting work in Marketing for a documentary distribution company.
Rebecca (25) is Glaswegian, works in retail fashion and enjoys exploring London having recently moved in London in December 2015.

When responding, please tell us a little bit about yourself including age, occupation, nationality, hobbies, interest etc.

We are ideally looking for someone who is going to fit into the house and enjoy living with others. We love watching trashy TV programmes together in the living room and often don our onesies for a film and takeaway on a Sunday night. We would love someone with an outgoing personality who is happy to have a giggle and catch up for a cocktail. We enjoy having friends around for drinks on weekends and going out locally in Shoreditch.
