Double Room - Columbia Road - All bills incl.

Sadly, I have to leave my huge double room in Columbia Road.
The flat is in perfect location: short walk to Columbia, Brick Lane and Broadway Market and Victoria Park. Good base to explore various pubs and clubs in Shoreditch and Dalston, with all the benefits of living in quiet side street.

As for the transportation you can choose between Overground (Hoxton), Central line (Liverpool Str), Northern line (Old Street) or plenty of buses.

Room will suit either couples or single professionals who like lots of space.
It's fully furnished (double bed, 2 wardrobes, desk, TV, sofa) with big windows facing east (warm morning sunshine).

Rent (£800) includes all the bills (council tax, internet, TV, gas, water and electricity). Deposit is only £600.
It will be free on Saturday 5th of April, but if you need to move in couple of days earlier/later we can easily negotiate it.

You will be sharing with 3 professional males from Central Europe in their mid-late 20's. They work different shifts, so you often end up having the flat for yourself. When they are at home they are very sociable and friendly.
They have lived in the flat few years and have good relationship with the landlady who looks after the flat (i. e. newly renovated bathroom, modern cons in the kitchen)
