Shoreditch Flat Needs Flatmates

Andy and Vanessa are looking for a third (and fourth) flatmate to join their flat in Shoreditch!

THE FLAT
Three bed- located just off shoreditch high street on the ground floor of a grade II listed red brick Victorian building.

The available room is the largest in the flat and there is ample living space across the rest of the flat with a good-sized living room as well as a large eat in kitchen (it’s big enough for the kitchen table to be in the center of the room!)

It is light and airy and has a real homely feel to it. It is also fully furnished.

The location is perfect to explore the nightlife of east london as it is situated right between brick lane and shoreditch high street (less than a 3 minute walk from each) and is also a stones throw from old street and hoxton square.

We are all very familiar with the area so would be happy to show you around!

THE FLATMATES
27 year old female working as a vet, and a 26 year old male working in finance.

We're both sociable people and enjoy going out on weekends which of course you'd be more than welcome to join us in.

We'd expect/hope the new addition to become part of our group, and not just be a roommate who we say hello to in passing.

Open to both males and females! The room is open to couples as well.
