Sunny Brick Lane extravaganza

We have a bright window-covered double room available at the top of our brilliant Victorian conversion house 1 min from the top of Brick Lane.
It's an amazing area, lots of cafes, bars, galleries and restaurants nearby, the house is less than 30 seconds walk to not only a cocktail bar but also a CAKE shop AND a cat cafe.
You would be living with a guy/girl couple (he works in film, she works in theatre) and a single guy (designer) all AMAZING people, except for me.
The rent includes all bills, broadband and shared house stuff - coffee, cleaning things etc etc.
We would ideally like a female to keep the balance, and someone who enjoys the odd house meal, film night, or just sitting in and spying on the neighbours.
There are multiple bus options and we are walking distance to either Shoreditch High Street Overground (the closest) or Liverpool St and Old St stations.
