Friendly flat in Shoreditch with a GARDEN : )

When you've had a crazy day in London, you can't beat coming home to happy, friendly housemates and good food.

My housemates are all outgoing, open people looking forward to exploring Shoreditch with new friends. We have a big, fluffy cat called Alfalfa.

We recently had a leak so there is building work being done (check the photos). The walls have been stripped back to brickwork in the toilet, bathroom, hallway and staircase. Temporarily, we can not use the shower, only the bath. The good news is, that means cheap rent!

We are 5 minutes from Shoreditch High Street, Hoxton station is just around the corner and Columbia Road flower market is at the end of the road so the house is always full of fresh flowers : ) The flat is on a council estate, and it doesn't look like much from the outside, but there is a spacious sitting room and a big garden.

The spare room is on the first floor. It's quite big, it's furnished and it gets lots of sun. Pets are welcome and you could keep a bicycle in the garden. Bills are £100/month.
