Double room available in Shoreditch for 4-6 weeks

I am going travelling for 4-6 weeks from Aug 1 and have a big double room available in Shoreditch. Centrally located - 5mins walk to Shoreditch High St Overground station, 10mins from Liverpool St. & Bethnal Green stations and a 15min walk from Old St tube.

I live in a great area just minutes from Brick Lane shops and restaurants, pubs/bars & Brick Lane/Spitalfields/Columbia Rd markets.

I live with 3 great housemates - 2 guys (one 25yrs - actor, one 26 yrs - graphic designer) & a girl (25yrs - zoologist). They're all fun & friendly & they like a drink and a chat, but they are also full time professionals who keep partying to a minimum during the week and like to keep a relatively clean, respectful house.

We have a huge kitchen & backyard & 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms spread over 3 floors. I am looking for someone trustworthy and social to call my room home for 4-6 weeks.

Applicants must be able to pay full amount in cash upfront, plus a £50 bond (that will be returned when the room/house is found in the condition that it was left).
