Large Double Bedroom in the Shoreditch Triangle

hihi. Will be sad to leave this place after a (fantastic) year! would stay indefinitely had i not bought a place.

- large double bedroom within 5-10 minute walk to Shoreditch Overground, Liverpool Street and Old Street tube stations.

- Fantastic flatmates. both are young working professionals who are laid back , tidy and sociable. I've lost count of the number of things we've done together (galleries, bars, dinners, yoga in the flat, cooking , house parties etc)

- the flat faces the back of the building so despite having all of shoreditch's bars/clubs/restaurants on your doorstop you can't hear any of this when in the flat itself

- excellent bus links to oxford circus, holborn & waterloo to the west (<20 mins)/ london bridge to the south (10 min) / and Dalston (10 mins) to the north .

- room is spacious, airy and light. plenty of space and scope to really make it home

- large bathroom

- massive open plan living area and kitchen

- cleaner comes every 2 weeks

- always something to do nearby! grab a cocktail at Nola, chill out with a book at the Boundary, grab some food at brick lane or broadway market, excellent parks, fantastic pubs, plethora of eating options and new pop-ups every other week.

- 1 month rolling contract

- all bills included

note: there is separate storage space outside of the room if needed, a massive 52" TV in the living room, room door has a lock on it, there is a bed frame (i just choose to sleep like that) and oh the guitar is not included :)
