Our flatmates are moving out in September we're looking for a lovely new COUPLE to replace them.

- Rent's £900 a month plus bills (average 80 per person per/month)
- Bills include all the usual plus super-fast broadband, youview TV package, a weekly cleaner and all shared household items (toilet paper, cleaning/laundry products, kitchen things - oil/salt/pepper etc.)
- Amazing location with great transport links, Hoxton Station just behind the flat, buses out front straight to central London. 10 minute walk to Columbia Road flower market & Broadway market. Plus the best Vietnamese restaurants in London, and loads of amazing bars all on your doorstep.

A bit about us:
An Aussie couple, a British guy and a British girl, all working professionals in marketing, architecture, charity and sports media. We're all very social, love cooking, having a drink and the occasional night out together. Whilst we love hanging out, we're all busy people with our own lives and are respectful of each others space.

A bit about what we're looking for:
A fun, and easy going COUPLE who can bring a good dynamic to the place & are up for being a part of our home. Plus the usual housemate stuff - tidy/respectful of people's things etc.
