Single bedroom in a houseshare in Shoreditch

Looking for a new roomie for my flat as I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend.

THE FLAT
On the top two floors of, the flat has great light, and nice views over a cute community garden where your neighbors (and yourself if you’re good at gardening) can raise plants and food!
The main floor is comprised of a kitchen and cozy living area. There is also a small balcony where if you’re a smoker would be quite useful as it’s a non-smoker housesharing.
The room is single on the top floor with the basic stuff a single bed, a wardrobe and a small table.

THE LOCATION
We are located 1 min away from old Bethnal Green road and from Brick Lane (a 2 minutes walk to get a bagel at the famous bagel shop on Brike Lane opened 24/7! Public transport is super close: 5 mins to Shoreditch overground station, 2 mins to 388/8 and lots of other buses. The neighborhood itself is super quiet.

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be living with a girl from South Africa and a boy from Denmark, and a French couple. We enjoy having dinner sometimes together but also have our own life and different life rhythm (two professionals and two students).
They are looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle, easy going, sociable, respectful and who respect the cleaning calendar as we don’t have a cleaning person!
