Luxury big double ensuite room in shoreditch

Sadly my contract is coming to an end and my flat mate is moving to paris. I just love my flat and will be keen to stay if you are willing get on the contract with me.***NEED TO TAKE A DECISION BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH***
The room is luxurious, very big and confortable with an ensuite private bathroom and autonomy thanks to a private door leading to outside and patio.
The living room upstairs is very spacious with a brand new flat screen TV with hundreds of channels(Sky + Sky Sports), and all furnished with modern pieces to cook and relax.
We were rather independant in the flat, getting up early and going to sport after work, but sharing sometimes some diners and brunches together.
Flat is perfectly located 2 min walking from shoreditch station, 2 min from Brick Lane and 4 min from Spitafields! 7 min from Liverpool Street.
Looking for a professional, anyone relax and serious:)

Flat is really worth seeing trust me! We visited lots of appartments before falling in love with that one.
