Hello! I'm off to NYC for 3 months and am looking to sublet my room while I'm away. This flat is brilliant, 2 minutes from Columbia Rd (flower market) 5 minutes from Shoreditch, Broadway Market etc. Short walk to Bethnal green and Liverpool St stations. Fantastic bars/restaurants etc a short stroll away.
Room is big, large comfy kingsize bed, built-in wardrobes.. lovely sitting room, Kitchen with all the mod cons, swanky bathroom and very good shower.
Flat is on a quiet street and is probably the best place i have lived in London in 14 years.
Sharing with Leo, my friend who is a very relaxed Graphic Designer.
Rent is £693 pcm plus bills £124 and share of weekly cleaner £40 so all-in £857 which is amazing given the flat and the location.
I'm flying to NYC on the 11th Nov and back on the 5th feb, so need to cover those dates, but obviously could be flexible to make something work for the right person!
