We are looking for a nice, tidy and clean female (just to create some balance) to share our flat with! We are already 2 guys and a girl.

This is an ex 2, now 3 bedrooms flat at the 12th floor of an ex council building in central-east London. The bathroom is separated In wc and bathroom and
there is a kitchen to be shared!

It is situated in a absolutely incredible area: is literally in the middle of the hurricane of the East London clubs and events, moreover there is not much noise in the closest neighbourhood. You have all the amenities you need just around the corner, in any direction! =)

The propriety is at:

-4 minutes walking to Shoreditch High street station
-6 minutes walking to Hoxton station
-10 minutes walking to old street station
-12minutes walking to Liverpool street

The price is including all the bills but gas & electricity that will be split with the flatmates.
1 month deposit is required.
