Double room available in Hoxton/Shoreditch

I'm looking to fill my large double room available in clean spacious flat. I have to return back to my country and currently I feel really sorry to leave this amazing flat which has been my home for almost 2 years. But the time has come to move on and we need to find an amazing guy (preferred) to live with my awesome flatmates.

The large room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, working desk and a built in wardrobe. Communal space comprises of two bathrooms, huge windows, large living room / dining area, broadband/wifi and a very nice kitchen.

Here is the fun part! The flat is in the ideal location. Very central to London, with lots of transport links nearby - bus stop to Oxford street, London Bridge, Liverpool Str, Waterloo via bank right in front of the flat.
Walking distance to Hoxton Overground (5min), Old Street St (15min) Columbia Road Flower Market (2 mins), Hackney City Farm (2 mins), London Fields & Broadway Market (15min), Shoreditch (10 mins), Brick Lane (10 mins) and Broadway Market (20 mins). Sainsburys and Co-op supermarkets literally next to our flat.

It is very important to us to find someone who will fit into the community of the flat with the other occupants, Jestin and Jenna (both South Africans). We are all young professionals who enjoy chatting, having drinks and cooking together, but we all have our own lives and give each other space to do our own thing.

The flat is available end of June, but the exact move in date can be negotiable. The agency requires the standard 1 month deposit (£670) and approx £130 referencing fees.
For everything (rent, bills, council tax, internet) it's a monthly £730.
