2 Rooms Available in Massive loft conversion

We have two double rooms for rent in an amazing apartment in Bethnal Green, right off of Bricklane, closest to Shoreditch High Street station. Our house is really special - it is one of 8 houses located on top of a warehouse right off of Brick Lane. The house itself has two large living rooms (one on each floor), the two available bedrooms are on the top floor with the kitchen living room and bathroom. There is a balcony off of the bedrooms that faces an internal courtyard (where the palm trees are). Downstairs we have another bedroom, bathroom and living room. In the back of the house we have a massive private enclosed patio. Perfect for grilling and sunbathing in the summer.

You'll be living with an easy going Irish bloke, currently working at a tech startup, who occupies the room on the ground floor.

Transportation: We are near the Central & District/City lines (8 minute walk each) and Shoreditch High street overground (5 minute walk.)

I was recently able to renegotiate the rent with the landlord and now the large room is priced at 1050, and the smaller room is at 930. The small one currently has a double bed, closet, dresser and side table so is still a decent size.

We are considering short term lets because of the Covid situation at the moment, but ideally this is for two long term people who are looking to sign a 1 year lease.

Sorry this house isn't suitable for cats as the flatmate has an allergy. Other animals are considered :)
