Hi i'm Chris, I was born and grew up here in Hackney! since starting work 9 months ago at a Sainsbury's warehouse i've been finding it difficult to keep up with my rent payments so had to resort to sharing! lol, I live in a 1 bedroom flat, the bedroom is clean and fully furnished with a double bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside clock/alarm and a Bench Press! bathroom, kitchen, toilet and front room will be shared, so higher priority given to clean and tidy people! smokers can smoke out in balcony, one pet cat/dog welcome. Currently available for viewing weekday mornings, please bring passport, current work references and a recent payslip/bank statement. A security deposit of £70 will be required to cover any damages, missed payments etc... as well as a weeks rent in advance!
