Large and bright double bedroom with built in wardrobe. 4th floor with lift. Real wooden floors in all rooms. Very modern, warehouse conversion. Very bright and cosy. Close to all best bars and restaurants of Rivington St and Shoreditch, plus art galleries and cinemas. Very good gym with 25m pool at 2 minutes walk. Great location for public transport. Approx 5 mins walking from overground, Liverpool St and Old St tube stations. The central line gives fast access to West London too (Oxford St, Bond St, Notting Hill etc)

I'm a friendly and sociable flatmate but also very considerate of privacy and tidiness. I love going out for nice bars in Shoreditch and have many friends living around there.
Bills range from 70 to 90 pounds per month and are not included in the rent price. It covers council tax, internet, gas, electricity, cleaning products, and similar amenities. If you decide to take the room, half of the deposit has to be transferred as soon as you give us the thumbs up (this is a guarantee that you are going to keep the room); the other half has to be paid on the 16/August when the keys are exchanged.
