**Heart of Shoreditch - Double room**

We are currently looking for a new room mate in our 3-bedroom flat located in the heart of Shoreditch, close to the Blues Kitchen and many other restaurants and bars.

Your room includes a comfortable double-sized bed and spacious wardrobe. Living room, kitchen, terrace (great for BBQ in good weather!) and bathroom are shared between all of us. The flat is on the first floor. We also have a cleaner coming bi-weekly, which is important to us.

With very central location, Old St, Liverpool St, Shoreditch Highstreet and Brick Lane are all within minutes of walking distance. All London airports (especially Stansted, City Airport) are very close.

We are both young professionals and work in finance.

The room is available from 1st of September for a 6-month period initially with the option to extend. There's no agency fee!

Bills come out at c. £100pcm including internet, council tax, cleaning, water, electricity etc.

Deposit is one month of rent.
