We're 2 guys, 2 women 28-52. We're a laid back bunch into the usual stuff - film, music, design, cooking, art, film travel, cycliing. Some working from home. We have the odd party but like to keep a harmonious, clean and tidy zen sanctuary the rest of the time.

We're mainly a older gang, so ideally looking for someone 27+

The lounge is enormous (it's more like 2 big lounges) and there's a fully kitted island kitchen with dishwasher. 1gb fibre optic internet, weekly cleaner, balcony, new bathroom and all the chihuahua cuddles you can handle. There's a dedicated secure parking space available at an extra fee.

The room is a spacious double, lots of light and comes with double bed and loads of built in cupboard space. Picture is of a different bedroom, new pic coming.

We're a liberal, laid back bunch, we love to cook, watch movies and socialise together, but respect personal space too (apart from Flash who demands cuddles).

We're in close proximity to a few parks - Allen Gardens, Weavers, Victoria and two City Farms. Columbia Road/Broadway Market for sunny village vibes are just a few minutes walk away.

The central location couldn't be better at under one minute to Brick Lane's fresh bagels and a few minutes stroll to Shoreditch High Street station, 15 minutes ealk to Liverpool St/Old Street.

The flat's in a secure gated community, tucked away from the bustle of Brick Lane's famous market, but the action is 30 seconds away when you need it.
