We are a friendly couple looking for an easy-going flatmate in our newly refurbished 2 bedroom triplex in the heart of Shoreditch.
During the week, we go to sleep quite early, and wake up early in the weekend. Make sure this works for you (best if you finish late during the Week, and don't mind waking up early in the weekend or if you travel a lot).
The flat is on three floors:

-First floor : Our room + bathroom + shared washing machine/dryer
-Second floor : Open kitchen / dining room / living room
-Third floor : your room + ensuite bathroom + balcony

ROOM:
- Double room with private shower and toilet
- Private balcony facing courtyard
- Double bed
- Wardrobe / Drawers
- The room is on the third, without a door (3 curtains in a private staircase from the living room).


APARTMENT:
- Large kitchen, lounge and dining area

- Close to the best places on foot: Boxpark (Hoxton square (6min), Bricklane (8min), Spitalfields (10min), Columbia road (14min)
- Numerous bars and restaurants around
- Convenient supermarkets, gyms (ours are 1 min walk), hairdressers, dry cleaner, etc.

LOCATION:
- In the City, 8 min walk to Liverpool street station for the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines
- 7 min walk to Shoreditch High street for the Overground.
- 9 min walk to Old street for the Northern line.
