The normal utilities bills are included within the price. I pay for the Gas, Ele, Water, TV licence & council tax, and unlimited fast wifi provided by Virgin Media.

Each room comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a desk (if needed).

There are five bedrooms in total, and when full, there will be five people (one in each room). The other four residents are a French female, an Italian female, and two British males.

There is no separate living room, but the kitchen is large and has a table for eating.
