It is only a 10 mins walk or a 4 mins bus ride from Old Street tube station.

This flat was recently renovated, and has a large modern kitchen with dining table and a TV. There is a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

The rent includes all the normal utility bills, including fast Virgin Media cable unlimited wireless internet.

There are five bedrooms, and in the other four rooms lives four people, (and so when full, there will be 5 people in 5 rooms), all are in their twenties and are students or workers.
