Double room with en-suite shower room available in very large, split level (ground and first floor) flat. Affectionate cat, very friendly dog and gay man in residence. The total cost per month is approx. £1300, all-in, including cleaner for 1 person and £1350 for a couple.

My current flatmate has too leave because of work. The room is available from 23 January to the end of the current tenancy agreement (8 April); the room is initially available until that date with the likely option of extending when the tenancy is renewed.

2x en-suite bedrooms, separated by a large kitchen diner; huge lounge; two, beautiful, private outside spaces; guest toilet. Sonos system in the lounge and kitchen; home cinema system in the lounge; super-fast broadband; Sky, Netflix; Amazon Prime; Spotify. Lots of storage space.

I’m looking for someone who's cat-friendly, dog-friendly, gay-friendly... is clean and tidy... has a good sense of humour... is professional... someone who’s looking for a home. I like to have friends over for drinks, dinner, Sunday roast, etc. - you’d be welcome to join in.

The flat’s located off the top of Brick Lane, on a very quiet street on the border of Shoreditch and Bethnal Green. Spitalfields, Columbia Road, Broadway Market and The City are all a stroll away. Excellent transport links: Shoreditch High St Overground is a 3 minute walk; Liverpool St, Old St, Aldgate East and Bethnal Green’s Underground and Overground stations are all a 10 minute walk.
