Double room in a beaut modern Shoreditch penthouse

Our flatmate is unfortunately moving out so we're looking for a new one to fill our humble abode. Your room would be a generously sized double room, in a three bedroom modern penthouse in the heart of Shoreditch.

The large, privately gated, Penthouse boasts amnesties such as a huge wrap around balcony complete with a top of the range Wehba BBQ and outside patio seating. It also includes brand new living room furniture, a top spec washing machine and dryer, dish washer and power shower.

The modern building is situated on Curtain Road in the heart of the Shoreditch triangle, with super convenient travel links from Old Street, Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street Stations which are all less than a 10min walk away.

The Bedroom includes a wardrobe, desk, large comfortable double bed among other essentials.

Whilst we don't own any pets ourselves, we're pet friendly! Our last flat mate had a Australian Shepherd staying with us :)

It's a shared flat with two other young professionals whom are mainly working late during the week so the flat would be all yours!

Available from 1st Jan 2020, short and long lets considered. £260 per week (which is a bargain if you look at what else is being offered in the neighbourhood :) ) long let (3m+) and £280 per week for short lets.

We do have a preference for a female to move in just as we've been living there for over four years and the pad does get a lot rowdier/messier with three guys there. Whenever we've been living with a female it's made the balance a bit better. That being said, we of course will entertain male viewings!
