Spacious, modern 2 bedroom(each w/en-suite) 2.5 bath flat with lots of natural light in the heart of Shoreditch. The apartment is well located, minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street station, Liverpool Street and the City.

Double room comes furnished with double bed, bedside table and plenty of storage. You will have your own bathroom with shower.

Little bit about me, I am a finance professional who works in the city and has lived in the flat for the past 5 years. I am pretty easy going and busy with work during the week. Looking for someone that likes living in a quiet and clean space to share the flat with. No couples or live-in bf/gfs

The flat is on the first floor and there’s an elevator in the building. There’s a washer/dryer, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. I also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

Short term let’s also considered. Utilities are approx £100/£125 a month per person.
