I am looking for a new addition to our friendly and social house.

We have a beautiful room available in a gorgeous 3-floor house in the Royal Docks, East London (zone 3).
Room has own private toilet and basin and you will share the bath only with one person.
The house is very beautiful with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, garden, garage, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

The area is very beautiful right next to the Emirates Airline and the Excel Marina, 13' to Canary Wharf and 20' to Bank on the DLR and 15' to London Bridge on Jubilee line.

We are an easy-going social house, having a very busy life-style but we enjoy spending time with each other, while at the same time respecting everyone's privacy.

If you are a young professional and able to commit to an annual contract (with a 6 month break clause) then we look forward to meeting you for a viewing!

The move in date is relatively flexible.

P. S. The bills are extra to the rent and altogether they come up to £80 per month.
