Hello Everyone,

I have an amazing room available until the end of September.

It is a double room in Royal Wharf with its own bathroom.

The room has a desk, cuppboard, chair, double bed, TV stand, integrated wardrobe.

The flat has a big open kitchen, living room with couch / tv and a terrace overlooking the garden and river.

You will also have free access to a proffessional gym, sauna and swimming pool.

The flat is shared with just one other person- Sylvian , he is a working proffessional and mostly out of the flat. Very easy going and relaxed person. His room also has its own bathroom.

Bills:
-Wifi - £30
-Council - £100
-Heating - not really used during summer
-Water / Electricity - payed quarterly but quite cheap because everything is a new build and efficient.
