ROOM FURNISHINGS
Room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, as well as standing mirror and storage caddy. It has a built-in wardrobe, and an additional clothing rack. Can also fit a desk, although not currently included in the room.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
Rent is £1,000 PCM (inclusive of all bills) and deposit is £500, both payable in advance. Room is available starting end of June/early July. Can be flexible with dates, however maximum rental period is 3 months.

TRANSPORT
West Silvertown (DLR) is less than 5 mins walk away, Custom House (Elizabeth line) is 15-20 mins walk away, and the Royal Wharf Pier (Uber Boat) is 5 mins walk away.

LOCAL AREA
A couple of local parks in the vicinity, all within a 10-min walk. For groceries, Sainsbury’s Local and Jiamart are nearby. There are also a few cafes and restaurants around, with Farmer’s Market on the second Sunday of every month.
